Drione Insecticide is a dust that provides quick control of a pest.  Drione dust is an odorless insecticide dust and also it does not stain too. It works by dehydrating insects. Drione dust really dry the bugs out therefore they die.

It can last effectively for up to eight months if it is left in an area that does not get disturbed. Drione dust can be used inside and outside of the home. It is safe to use around children and pets.

Ingredients in Drione Dust

The active ingredients are pyrethrin, piperonyl butoxide, and amorphous silica.

This item should be applied with a hand duster. Why? When it sprayed it is distribute uniformly and it creates a smoke like-fog that can reach hard areas. Your amount varies depending on the area and the insect problem you are having.

Put on your rubber gloves and eye protection and finally face mask. Make sure your air condition vents and ceiling fans are off. Why? This will keep the dust from floating around in areas you don’t want treated. Ask your kids to play outside for awhile and get your pets too!

Read the instruction to learn how much to fill up the hand duster with the dust. Shake the hand duster to prevent it from clumping. It should be barely seen when sprayed on the surface.

Apply the dust into cracks, crevices, or into other areas that are infested with insects. Also take a small brush and brush the area with the cracks and crevices and push the excess back into them and with the area down with a damp cloth to remove residue.

Some Warning…

It should not come into contact with your food or your pet food. So when using the hand duster applies it to areas where it will not get into food areas. Always wear protective eye goggles, rubber gloves and a face mask when using Drione Dust.

Have some tools ready if you need to break down the bed. Take the bed apart and dust into the joints. The mattresses should be dusted try to get around the folds and edges.
